    • Add Cleve Childress to the existing checking account and remove D.C.
    • Rogers upon his request from the checking account. –

    • Nominate the next President of the association.

    • Trey Childress was nominated unanimously as the new president of the
      Tanglewood Manor Homeowners Association.

    • Annual dues are 100$ per homeowner

    • Cleve will gather the dues from the homeowner.

    • Cleaning the entrance: replacing the broken hardy plank.
  • Action
    • Three Saturdays (Sep 14, 21, 28) are set aside for neighbors to volunteer
      to clean the entrance and replace the broken hardy planks.
